Returns & Exchanges

All shirts and hats are final sale unless an item arrives damaged due to shipping or a production defect.

Because each item is handmade in the USA specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing, color preference, or change of mind.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your order to be produced and shipped.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

To report an issue, email us at TittyWhiskersllc@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

We will evaluate the claim and make it right if the damage occurred during shipping or production.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • All shirts and hats unless damaged or defective

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Personal care goods
